ingredients:
1 kg of beef / lamb, cut into pieces

3 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tbsp ready-made curry spice
2 tablespoons cooking oil
puree:
1 cm ginger
1 cm turmeric
1 cm galangal
5 pcs onion
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
How to make:
Heat the cooking oil.
Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
Enter cardamom, deaf, nutmeg, cloves, minced chili and curry spices.
Stir-fry until fragrant.
Enter the crushed spices, stir until fragrant and cooked.
Insert pieces of meat, stir until meat changes color.
Cover the pan and reduce heat, cook until the water runs out.
Pour the coconut milk, cook until meat masters
